The Patrick Blue jacket by Bucktrout Tailoring is made from tweed in muted blue colours and fixed up with contrasting elbow pads. Its cut is rather narrow but not caricatured, that is, without extremes. Patrick Blue will be appropriate for walks, country trips, outdoor events, informal meetings. You may be able to wear the Bucktrout Patrick Blue jacket to the office as well, depending on your organization's dress code.
What can it be combined with?
A classic and win-win choice would be unpaired gray wool flannel trousers. Corduroy trousers are also suitable: gray, burgundy, olive, red or brown. Another good option is chinos, as well as trousers in moleskin and wool twill in the aforementioned tones. For sewing the Patrick Blue jacket tweed from the English factory Moon, which is famous for its conscientiousness, as well as an excellent balance of price and quality of its fabrics, was used. Made from 100% wool, Moon tweed is great for cold weather, what’s more, it is durable. The lining made of 50% acetate and 50% viscose also can impress with its wearing qualities but in this case, its bright, spectacular appearance is also among its advantages.
